- Alexander, how do you feel in the new team?
- It's okay. There were no problems with getting along with guys. I was acquainted with many guys for a long time - we played against each other.
- The team had a preseason camp and played against «Ak Bars». Was it difficult?
- We all have the same physical condition. For me, «Ak Bars» is a good opponent; it is always interesting to play. Perhaps, it was difficult in some way because we had a long break due to the pandemic. The lack of playing hockey changed our game a little bit.
- Could you comment on your first game?
- I was nervous a little bit. The young guys were not with a cool head, that is why we had some mistakes. We were at the same level in terms of skating. If you look at the stats, there were a lot of penalties. Perhaps, it happened because of preseason camp. That is why players lost their focus on the game and got unnecessary penalties.
- In the first game, you scored a goal. If we look at the stats, you did great long shots…
- I like to take responsibility for shooting positions. I can do it. I found this position and scored.
- What kind of mistakes did the team in the second game?
- It is hard to play 2 games less than 24 hours. We should recover for 100%. «Ak Bars» had the same problem. Both teams had many mistakes. We know where we need to work on.
