Reaktor player Andrei Yeryomenko speaks with the media after a following 6–1 win over Sputnik.
– Congratulations on this victory and your first JHL hat–trick! How do you feel after such a successful game?
– The first hat–trick is a good event, I am very happy. Many thanks to my teammates. The most important thing is that we got two points, and that we are moving into the play–in zone.– Do you think your new role in the team as captain imposes obligations – including on the ice, to lead the team?
– Of course, there are differences when you are an assistant and when you are a captain. We cope, all the guys help, we have a good team. There are no problems with this.
– What helped the team cope with the opponent so confidently?
– I think a good debriefing after the first period helped. We discussed our tactics in the offensive zome, in the neutral zone, during pk. And a good result came out in the second period. Due to which we won.
– Today there were a lot of skirmishes on the ice. Why was the game so emotional?
– Makar Kurbatov is a great guy, he stood up for himself, for his teammates, for the team.
