Neftekhimik got a win over Barys 6–3.
In the first period, seven minutes after starting faceoff, Neftekhimik scored its first goal.In the second period, Neftekhimik forward German Tochilkin scored a qucik goal. After that, Girgory Seleznyov made it 2–0. A minute later, German Tochilkin scored Neftekhimik's third goal. Barys decided to change its goaltender. That did not help and Alexander Petunin scored his first goal as Neftekhimik player on the power play. Sevastyan Sokolov coninued Neftekhimik's success with a short-handed goal.
An the third period, Barys scored its first goal on the power play. Fourteen minutes before the end of the period, Barys made it 2–5. Neftekhimik scored its sixth goal. Barys did not give up and scored its third goal.
