Changes in the coaching staff of JHC Reaktor

Following Igor Viktorovich Fyodorov's transfer to HC Chelny, Ilnar Vakilovich Misbakhov has been appointed Reaktor head coach.
Artur Maratovich Sarvarov has also joined the JHC Reaktor coaching staff. Previously, he served as a coach and instructor at the Neftekhimik Hockey School.Reaktor's coaching staff for the 2026-2027 season:
Ilnar Vakilovich Misbakhov – Head Coach;
Sergei Rasikhovich Kasymov – Coach;
Artur Maratovich Sarvarov – Coach;
Anton Vitalyevich Kislitsyn – Goaltending Coach;
Grigory Yuryevich Morozov – Video Coach;
Gennady Alekseevich Soroshkin – Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Neftekhimik General Director Igor Viktorovich Larionov:
– We recently signed a sports cooperation agreement with HC Chelny. This partnership includes sending young players and players on two–way contracts from the Neftekhimik system to HC Chelny as well as an exchange of coaching staff.
Igor Viktorovich Fyodorov, accomplished a tremendous amount of work and achieved a level of being VHL coach. He knows our players who will be sent to HC Chelny, which is a great advantage for his upcoming role. It is also important that Igor Viktorovich is well acquainted with HC Chelny head coach Kirill Leonidovich Tambijevs: they have a good history of working together.
We wish Igor Viktorovich Fyodorov success in his new position and would like to thank him for his contribution to the development of the youth team.
Regarding the new head coach of Reaktor team, we didn't look for a new coach elsewhere. Ilnar Vakilovich worked on the youth team coaching staff alongside Igor Viktorovich Fyodorov and during this time gained sufficient experience to assume the head coaching position independently.
We appointed Artur Maratovich Sarvarov to fill the vacant coaching position. Artur Maratovich is a product of the Neftekhimik hockey system and has extensive hockey experience with Super League and VHL teams. In recent years, he successfully worked as a coach at the Neftekhimik Hockey School, where he proved himself to be a great specialist and mentor.
