Dan Sexton : «Its a special day for me, my teammates were telling me about this record»

Dan Sexton speak with the media following the Neftekhimik' 5-2  win against the Admiral on 11/05/21.

Dan Sexton:

- Its special day for me, my teammates were telling me about this record so its always very cool, its like first time I do something like this. Its special to win a game, its is most important thing.

- You made a great play with Yegor Popov.

- I really understand how Popov plays, he is very smart center, and I like to play with him. Last two games we have some two really good games. I hope we can keep playing well and keep helping the team. It has been fun to play with him.

- Is it comfortable for you to play in this line?

- Yes. They both can understand what I am telling them about. Every shift we know what we gonna do. I am happy to play with him.

- In the beginning of the season your game was not so good. Could you comment on it?

- Well, I feel same as now, sometimes you have some bad luck or sometimes you are not playing so much. Now, I feel comfortable here, I think I have better understanding of the team, what I need to do, sometimes you have bad stretches of games, I hope it’s behind me and there will be mostly good hockey now.
