Dmitry Zhukenov: «We did not take advantage of goal-scoring chances that we had»

Neftekhimik forward Dmitry Zhukenov speaks with the media after a followinfg 0–4.
– We were sloppy in the beginning and conceded a goal. Ak Bars was faster than our team in the first period. In the second period, we completely seized the initiative and dominated. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of goal-scoring chances that we had.
In the third period, it was a close game. They scored some goals and we could not change the outcome.
– In previous games, Neftekhimik managed to take games to overtime and at least score a point...
– We lost previous games while having a 3–1, 3–0 lead and did not win. We did not score goal when we had these opportunities.
– Is there any apathy after this game?
– Of course not. We need to move on. Just need to be ready for the next game and get points.
– How important was this crosstown–rivalry?
– Games between Neftekhimik and Ak Bars are always top ones. There is always a full-crowd arenas, of course, we want to win. Pletnty of our fans cheered for us. I would like to thank them for their great support!
