Reaktor head coach Igor Fyodorov talks about two games against Tolpar.
– There are a lot of questions, especially when the team goes out and for two periods it is not clear what they are doing. We understand that the guys are working hard right now, but that means they have to do their best. Based on the game, I will say that Tolpar turned out to be much fresher. The guys there are skilled. They surpassed us in speed and skill. They surpassed us in almost every component. Before the third period we talked with the guys. They showed something, but again we took a penalty and we conceded a goal. For our powerplay, it is too early to say. We have only been on the ice for two weeks. We will work. The most important thing is not to give up. These are just the first games and it is good that they are shaping up this way. Yes, our opponent has surpassed us in everything, but at least we have food for thought, something to work on. We saw all the guys. We looked at them. Some were pleased, some were not. There is still time. We need to carry out selection along all lines. Especially in defense and attack. It is necessary for the team to have healthy competition. So that each player carves out his place in the lineup.I thank Tolpar for these games. We are only happy with the first period of the first game, but not with the rest.
