Reaktor head coach Igor Fyodorov talks about a 4–3 shootout win over Stalnye Lisy.
– Such games are the best advertisement for the JHL. It is even better that the game was shown on KHL TV, and it probably had a large audience on a day off. Each team – both us and Stalnye Lisy – has its own strengths, strong qualities, signature features this season, which we tried to use to win. Stalnye Lisy probably have more skill, but we got our way thanks to our character, our ability to endure. Especially in overtime, when the opponent put fresh players on our defensive trio. And we held out. We really needed victories in this Ural tour. To remind ourselves that we have high goals, that we are not going to be content with the role of the middle-of-the-packers of the Silver Division. We did not even take 4 points on the road. We fought for them. And the difficulty of these victories will give us strength.
