Igor Fyodorov: «We played a good game»

Reaktor head coach Igor Fyodorov talks about a 1–3 loss to Loko–76.

– It is a shame to lose such a game. We did not take penalties, we created quite a few chances. The statistics of shots on goal are not entirely indicative. Yaroslavl shoots a lot in principle – that is their style.

Goaltender Semyon Lyubalin kept us in the game. We even tied up the score, but the referees decided that Eryomenko could have jumped out of the goal area after a defenseman pushed him there.

In the locker room, I told the team that even without the leaders – without Yakupov and Muissu – we played a good game, except several mistakes that led to the defeat.

Now the team will have a day off. We need to throw out all the bad thoughts and get ready for away games.
