Reaktor defenseman Ilya Vasiliev speaks with the media after a following 3–4 loss against Mamonty Ugry.
– We haven't played in a while, and today we played against an opponent from the Golden Division. We tried to impose our style of play from the first shifts, but our goal–scoring shots were not at its best throughout the game. Overall, the team tried hard, and all the guys did a great job. We'll be preparing for the upcoming games.– Today's game was Reaktor's first in 2026. Did the long absence from game practice affect the start of the game?
– I don't think so. We have to be ready for any situation. We started training at the beginning of January and needed to get into shape. Yes, it was tough at the very beginning, but we quickly got into the rhythm of the game and outplayed our opponents.
– Even though we were down 0-4, the team didn't give up and showed character...
– We all love hockey; it's our life. The guys are ready to fight until the last second, because we're a team with character. No matter the score, we play with all our strength and try to win.
