Kirill Stolyarov: «Our goaltender kept us in the game»

Reaktor forward Kirill Stolyarov speaks with the media after a following 3–2 shootout win over Loko–76.
– It was a tough game, especially in the third period. We were looking confident heading into the third, but then something went wrong. Luckily, our goaltender kept us in the game, for which we are especially grateful.– Can you explain what went wrong in the third period?
– It is hard to explain. I can say we cannot play by the score. We had a similar situation today: we skated back, the opponent pinned us down, and scored the second goal. Thank God, that goal was the last for the Yaroslavl team in the game.
– You scored the winning shootout goal. You did the same in the recent game against the Krasnoyarskie Lisy.
– Actually, the two shootout goals I have scored are very different from each other. I always play according to the situation; I do not have a specific plan for shootouts. It all depends on skill.
