Neftekhimik goaltender Matvei Botov speaks with the media after a following 4–1 win over HC Chelny.

– The most important thing is that we won. It was great that there were so many fans – a truly remarkable number for an exhibition game. Thanks to them for coming. Overall, everyone tried their best, everyone worked hard – and I think we deserved to win. Wasn't it intense in the first period? It was fine. It's my job to do everything possible to keep the team in the game. How's the team's adaptation going? It's great, I know many of the guys, and they're helping me to get used to. There's a positive, friendly atmosphere on the team – it's really nice to be here.
