Neftekhimik Director General I.V. Larionov:

– Yaroslav made his way to Neftekhimik through the entire vertical of our Organization, from the Neftekhimik Hockey School to the KHL team. His path was thorny and difficult, through the VHL, loans, although his debut in the KHL took place back in the 21/22 season. However, Yaroslav was able to truly gain a foothold in the main team only this year. Many goaltenders give up without ever getting a chance, but it should be noted that Yaroslav demonstrated perseverance and character, and with his attitude to work he proved that he is ready for the KHL.
