The event focused on current officiating issues and key changes to the new season's regulations.
The seminar focused on analyzing the latest changes to the official rules of the game. Federation speakers thoroughly examined the intricacies and nuances associated with the interpretation of violations and the procedure for determining and imposing disciplinary sanctions, including fines and penalties. Specific game moments were discussed at the meeting, with clarifications on controversial situations that may arise during games."We are guided by the changes introduced by the International Junior Ice Hockey Association. Our shared goal is to ensure not only fair officiating on the ice, but also, first and foremost, the safety of young athletes," explained Vladimir Suslov, Assistant Executive Director of the Tatarstan Hockey Federation.
Neftekhimik coaches had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss controversial issues from their own experience, and reinforce their acquired knowledge during testing.
Such educational sessions are an important part of Neftekhimik's systematic efforts to improve their professional skills.
