Dear Neftekhimik fans!
Exactly 56 years ago, on October 23, 1968, the hockey team Neftekhimik was formed by order of the director of the Nizhnekamsk chemical plant.Over the years, the team has come a long way: starting with city competitions, passing all the stages of the Soviet and Russian championships, it has firmly established itself in the hockey elite of the country.
Today, Neftekhimik is a recognizable brand not only on the scale of our vast homeland, but also far beyond its borders. Neftekhimik has always been and remains a strong, original, unyielding team. Our team is famous for its alumni, who play in the strongest leagues of the world.
We would like to say thank you to all those who stood at the origins of the team, made their part of the contribution to the creation of a solid foundation for its further development.
We are grateful to the current generation of hockey players, coaches, and managers who successfully implement what the founders of hockey in Nizhnekamsk conceived and give impetus to further development.
