Neftekhimik Head Coach Oleg Leontyev speaks with the media after a following 1–5 loss against Dinamo Mn.
– Yeah, plenty of things did not work out for us today. The opponent was faster, and they took advantage of goal–scoring chances they had. In addition, we conceded a goal on the power play, although we should take advantage of the man advantage. Of course, we must fight to the end, and never give up. The fans come and support us. We play for them. Maybe we were emotionally down after the previous game, when they scored the winning goal in the last minutes. But we don’t give up and move on.
Dinamo Mn Head Coach Dmitry Kvartalnov:
– It was a good game, where we scored five goals. A great second period, a good ending. Although, unfortunately, we conceded shortly before the final siren. The score is pleasing, but it’s worth noting that Demchenko saved us today, gave us a chance.
