Neftekhimik Head Coach Oleg Leontyev:
– It was a hard game, we recently played against Lada. We knew that today would be a tough fight.We had a good start, got a two–goal lead, we took advantage of the power play, played well during pk.
Unfortunately, we conceded goal at the beginning a of the third, and also at the end.
The guys did a great job in the shootout series, the goaltender played well. We got the extra point.
We are preparing for the next game. Congratulations to everyone on this victory, congratulations to the fans on this victory. It is nice to win after a long away series.
