Press Conference «Neftekhimik – Spartak» 01/04/2023

Oleg Leontyev, the head coach of HC Neftekhimik:

– Congrats to our team on a victory. It was a hard game. After the New Year holidays, it is always so hard to find a game, right rhythm and tone. Today we played against fast and strong opponent. We scored good goals. I will not single out anyone, but Alexander Sudnitsin played really well, and the guys blocked tons of shots.

Congratulations to all the fans! I am glad that today many people came and cheered for us. Our fans really charged our team.

Igor Grishin, the head coach of HC Spartak:

– Congratulations to Neftekhimik on a victory! It was an interesting game. Both teams played offensive hockey. Neftekhimik is a fast, interesting team that tries to attack. We also try to attack. It is unlucky that after comeback from 0–2 we conceded that goal. It is what it is.
