- From what age have you been playing hockey??
- I don’t remember, I was 5 or 6 years old.
- Who told you about hockey??
- I was engaged in martial arts - karate. Later, my dad told me about hockey.
- When did it become clear that hockey is your future?
- When I started play in «Reaktor».
- Who was your hockey idol?
- I had no idol.
- Why did you choose number 99?
- Let it be a secret ...
- Do you remember your first game as player of «Neftekhimik»? How did you feel when you were invited to play in «Neftekhimik»?
- We played in Minsk against «Dinamo». There were 15 thousand people on the stands. I was shocked and did not believe that this was my debut in KHL!
- Could you rate this 2019/2020 season?
- It was a good season. Especially the ending of the regular season was unpredictable – last two games in Khabarovsk against «Amur». Personally, for me, the beginning of season was good. Nevertheless, due to injuries I could not show a high level of playing. The next season I will try to do my best.
- As you already said, you didn’t play enough in the KHL due to injuries. You got necessary experience in the VHL. What can you say about the level of the VHL?
- In the VHL I also played 8 games. Of course, the level is different from the KHL. My job is to stick to the coaching staff’ plan and play hockey.
- You worked with Alexander Sokolov in «Reaktor». How it was to work with him?
- I know him for a quite a long time. He is a good person and it is pleasure to work with him.
- Which game is the most memorable of this season?
- Do you mean a game against «Avtomobilist»? As for me, the most memorable game is a second game against «Amur». Our playoffs depended on this game and on another game of our opponents.
- Could you comment on your first KHL hat-trick? «Neftekhimik» played against «Avtomobilist»...
- Sure, I remember this game. It was awesome to score first KHL hat-trick. Unfortunately, we lost to «Avtomobilist».
- Which team would you like face in the first round instead of «Ak Bars»?
- It is a hard question. Probably, I would not change anything. I got a tremendous experience! Of course, we all wanted to win.
It is like a Russian roulette, we cannot predict who will be our opponent in the playoffs.
- In your Instagram we saw some photos and videos of hunting and fishing. How often do you get out of town?
- To be honest, I love fishing and hunting! I do not like to sit at home during my free time. I’m such a person that I always want to help someone, or to do something.
- Wildlife conservationists will not forgive us, but I will ask you. Who do you like to hunt?
- I will not answer on this question. I think they won’t understand me.
- Which one of animals you caught was the biggest?
- It was a boar.
- Don’t you feel sorry for the animals?
- Everyone asks this question - do you feel sorry for the animals? This is my hobby. First of all, it is a legal hunting, I bought a ticket for a hunting. Secondly, I caught the animal like our ancestors did it.
-What do you do during self-isolation?
- I said that I do not like to sit at home. Nevertheless, I have to do it. Now I spend more time on practicing.
- How is your mood?
- Despite the whole situation in the world, my mood is good.
- What would you like to say to our fans?
- I would like to wish our fans a great health. Flock, wash your hands frequently and wear the mask when you going outside, try to strengthen your immune system!
