Irbis head coach Alexander Shcherbina has been part of the Ak Bars Kazan organization since 2023, after taking over from Maxim Ovchinnikov. Alexander previously coached the U18 team (2023–2024), leading them to victory in the Russian Championship (YHL). He joined the Irbis junior team as an assistant in 2024 and took over as head coach for the 2026/27 season.Roster
