Neftekhimik defenseman Roman Abrosimov talks with the media after a following 2–4 loss against Avangard.
– We played a good game against a good opponent. For me, this game was kind of a rivalry. After all, I had to play against my former team. We played a good first period, and in the second twenty minutes we did unnecessary things. We had to play like in the first period: put pressure on the opponent and score goals. The opponent took the initiative. In the third, we were already catching up.

– Bulat made a good pass, and made a good shot...
– If there is an opportunity to join the attack and do it wisely, then, why not.

– In principle, all the goals were scored at the beginning of the periods. What was missing when they scored against us?
– The opponent took the initiative when we started losing the puck on the blue line. I repeat, we had to play like in the first period.
