Sasha Poryadina : " A cup of coffee in McDonald's, 100 rubles in your pocket"

05.04.2020

Dear fans! Here you can read an interview of Pavel Poryadin’ wife Sasha.

 - Sasha, how did you meet your husband?

- We get acquainted with Pavel seven years ago in the social network. We were texting about month and decided to meet. Then he said to me that he was just too lazy to go for a walk with me.

-Where was your first date with Pasha?

- Probably, it was a first date when we met each other for the first time. We went to the park. He told me everything about hockey, but I didn’t understand anything about it, but it was interesting, we spoke the same language.

It was very snowy and terrible weather. Why we did not visit a cafe? Firstly, I was a schoolgirl. He was a schoolboy. You know - 100 rubles in your pocket to buy a ticket for a bus, that’s all we had. Nevertheless, we bought a cup of coffee in McDonald's for two of us.

- You went to the same school with Pavel. Do remember some funny stories of those times?

- We did not study together in the same class. I came to study at his school; at that moment he went to a private school to pass the exams in advance. Our classmates told me about him. They said that he was crazy about his iPad and that he looked like Justin Bieber. So, there were no funny stories, just heard something about him.

- How did Pavel make a proposal to you?

- It was on New Year's Eve at ours home. There were fireworks. At that moment, I was only thinking about how close we were to fireworks. My relatives knew about this for a month. They bought fireworks together.

 - We hear Pavel’ name more often. Are your classmates interested in your life?

- I know a few schoolmates who are interested in our life. They wish good luck and congratulate us on some achievements.

 - Is it hard to be the wife of a hockey player? What do you face most often?

- You know, it is not easy to be a competent, wise and intelligent wife regardless of the status of the husband, whether he is manager, surgeon or sportsman.

As for me, there are fewer difficulties, but here Pavel must be given credit, he does not mix work and house, house and work.

  - Did it happen that you got something unpleasant from fans?

- To be honest, I do not remember. People are very nice. The attention of the fans to me is minimal, probably, because nobody knows me.

- Do you remember some pleasant surprise from fans? Did you receive any unusual gift?

- I did not get any gift. Pavel got a lot of gifts. The most memorable one is a gift from young boy. He gave to Pavel a mosaic magnetic from our wedding photos. I had no words! You know, this idea can be taken into account, because it is not every time you receive such gift.

- Do you keep in touch with the wives of other hockey players from the team?

- Yes, we keep in touch. We became like one big family.

Our teammates are the Kulikov family, Shiksatdarov family, Sharipzyanov family, Khairullin family, and even Alexander Bryntsev.

- What do you do after game?

- It depends on the game. When we have a time, we and our colleagues can visit some restaurant or to cook a dinner together and play board games. When we have no time for it, we just have a dinner at home; we can watch film or youtube.

- How do you feel after team’ loses?

- We are all upset. You know, I just want to go to bed and suffer for some time. It passes fast, because we believe in our team!

- What do you feel when other players are trying to make a hit on your husband?

- Oh, it is not easy to look at it. I do not want him to be injured. He already has no teeth left! (laughs).

-… and your emotions when he scored…

- I proud of him. It depends on me in some way. I am always trying to help him to be in a good mood before the game.

   - Do you remember his first goal and his first game in his professional career?

- Honestly, I don’t remember his first puck. When he played in Stupino and scored the first goal there, I remember that I took this puck.

- Do you live in Nizhnekamsk during the hockey season?

- Yes, I live here for the second season. Before that, for three years I just came to visit him twice a year.

I came for two weeks in the winter and two weeks in the summer, because at that time I was in medical college and I did not have the opportunity to see Pavel more often, and he did not have the opportunity to see me more. For five years, the city has become almost home to us. I have friends here, it is nice to spend time with them.

When I began to live in Nizhnekamsk, I didn’t have any friends. When Pavel had away games, I flew home to Moscow for a moment. It was hard. This season, it was much comfortable to be here.

- You mentioned that you studied in the medical college. Was it useful in everyday life?

- Yes, I got a profession of medical assistant. I worked for three years in a private center and studied at the same time. When I moved to Nizhnekamsk, I wanted to find a job connected with medicine, but here were not any job offers. Pasha told me that he wants to see me in the morning and when he going back home after practices. It is impossible to find six hours a day job. I graduated in the sphere of education. Now I have a job in a private organization (center for continuing education).

- What do you do at the end of the season and during the off-season?

- We spend time with our families and friends. We often have picnics and family evenings. In general, we relax from work and fuss. Pasha often sleeps the first two weeks, but he doesn’t forget about the sport. We can say that he has not two months of vacation, but one.

- What is your favorite visited place?

- We were in Germany. We flew there with a second cousin of Pavel and his family. We stayed there for seven days and it was amazing! It was so comfortable there, because Pavel’s brother lived in Germany and knew where to go to see sightseeing. At the same time, it was a bit of a gastronomic tour. We traveled to different cities and everywhere we ate food and drunk beer.

- What do you do during quarantine?

- I was shocked when they said that quarantine was extended until April 30. I’ll have a dramatic mood until the end of April, I will suffer (laughs). I’m always have to go and to do something. I like to have a cup of coffee, chat with friends, I need to communicate.

Pavel likes to do the same. Nevertheless, he will find what to do at home - play games, collect puzzles, play board games in the evening, watch movies ...

- Some people said that this situation with virus affected them in a bad way. How did you manage to be in a good mood?

-... The only thing I can say, as a doctor, that everything will be fine. We just need to wait.

- What do you want to wish to all fans of «Neftekhimik»?

- I wish to all fans good health! Dear fans, take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Have a good mood!
