Neftekhimik got a win over Sochi 5–4 OT.

In the first period, Sochi players put Sochi 2-0 up in 3-minutes span. Nevertheless, Evgeny Kashnikov pulled one back quickly. Later, Vyacheslav Leshchenko scored on a 5-on-3 power play. Third goal for Neftekhimik team was scored by Andrei Chivilyov.

In the second period, Sochi tied the game up.

Midway through the third period, Sochi scored on the power play. Late in the third, Neftekhimik got a power play and got an extra-forward. During 6-on-4 game, Vyacheslav Leshchenko scored his second goal of the evening.

In overtime, Kirill Vorobyov scored a game-winner after 10 seconds of the beginning of the overtime.
