Over the years of cooperation, we have built an effective system of interaction that has delivered great results for both sides.

Two talented hockey players from Izhstal – goaltender Filipp Dolganov and forward Grigory Seleznyov – have become players of Neftekhimik's main roster. Many young hockey players from our club's system gained invaluable playing experience while playing for Izhstal and made a substantial contribution to the team's successes. Regular practice in the VHL games allowed them to adapt to adult hockey, grow professionally, and take an important step toward competing in the KHL.

The cooperation with Izhstal has been a significant milestone in the strategy of developing Neftekhimik's hockey system. Joint work between clubs of different tiers is an effective path to nurturing strong, competitive players for the sport.
