The Neftekhimik and Izhstal signed their affiliation agreement through the 2023-24 season

The Neftekhimik announced on Sunday morning that the affiliation agreement with the Izhstal has been signed through the 2023-24 season.
The Izhstal finished up their 11th VHL season and has qualified for the playoffs in 3 (2 final losses and 1 last 16 loss) of the last 11 VHL seasons including this year.We are excited to sign our affiliation. We believe this franchise will provide our prospects with the best opportunity to develop.
