The season is over. It was unforgettable!

Neftekhimik and Reaktor put a bright end to this season today – they did it together with their fans.

The game between the KHL team and the JHL team was quite awesome, albeit not with the most friendly score. Neftekhimik crushed Reaktor 12–4. The result was far from the most important thing that day.

During the game, there was a shootout, with the coaches themselves hitting the ice. During the break, the fans were surprised by an unexpected event: the players curled the pucks. At one point, a fight between the goaltenders of both teams nearly broke out over whose puck was closest to the center.

After the final whistle, the real reason for all this happened – the fans were on the ice. They took oictures, selfies, gave gifts for the players, warm words, and genuine emotions. The ice literally melted from the warmth of this meeting.

Goaltender Yaroslav Ozolin and Filipp Dolganov were a special story here. The line for their autographs was so long that it seemed like you had to sign up two weeks in advance. The same was true for head coach Igor Vladimirovich Grishin, who was the last to leave the ice. The heroes of the season became more popular than the Wolf (mascot)!

Filipp Dolganov:
– It was a great event, everything was wonderful and great atmosphere. Thanks to the fans for coming, everything was superb.

Fyodor Kroshinsky:
The game was pretty good; we tried to delight the fans with goals and interesting goal–scoring chacnes. We hope they enjoyed it, because, unfortunately, we won't see each other for a while. We'll miss them very much, their support, and our stands. We'll come back even stronger and only make our fans happy.

Ivan Nikolishin:
It was a really cool event, it was great that so many fans gathered. It was a joy for them, and for us, it was an emotion we wanted to share. So, thanks to Neftekhimik organization for creating such a celebration for everyone. Overall, it was exciting and heartwarming. Thank you to everyone who was there this season – in the stands, in front of the screens and on the road. You're the best!

See you next season!
