Reaktor forward Timur Makarov speaks with the media after following 1–2 shootout win over Krasnoyarskie Rysi.
– Congratulations on your victory and your first JHL goal!
– I have only positive emotions! The guys are great, everyone fought to the end. Plus, Kolymayev kept us in the game, and did not concede during the shootout series. Everyone contributed to the team's success.
– In the third period, leading 2-0, you allowed the opponent to tie the game. What happened?
– I think it had to do somethiung with penalties. We were penalized in the offensive zone, and the opponent punished us for it. After conceding two goals, the coach called a timeout. We talked and discussed what to do next. Thank God we managed to win.
– The next game is on Friday. How will you prepare for it?
– We will rest tomorrow and then work hard. We will play against Ladya, our direct competitor for a play–in spot. Everyone understands the importance of this game.
