Neftekhimik has signed forward Arsen Khisamutdinov (two–way contract). (02/26/1998, 191/95, SH:L).
Arsen played 41 games as Neftekhimik player and scored 8 (3+5) points.

Neftekhimik Sports Director Anton Marchinsky:
– Arsen is a graduate of Neftekhimik Hockey School. He played for JHC Reaktor, took part in the KHL All–Star Game in the 2018–2019 season, and was drafted by the NHL Montreal Canadiens in 2019. Arsen is a skilled player, he can create a goal–scoring chances out of nothing. He has good anthropometric data, which he skillfully uses. Being on a try–out contract, Arsen proved that he can be useful to our team.
