Reaktor head coach Igor Fyodorov talks about a 2–7 loss against Tyumesky Legion.
– Today we had some kind of emptiness in all our actions. We were losing in movement, in reaction to rebounds,scoring goals. Tyumensky Legion shot more often and created traffic – this is the opponent's strong side, which we knew about, but were unable to react correctly.Our bench was silent, then came to life, but it was still felt that faith in ourselves disappeared after the first goals in our goal.
We had good chance to score. But we lacked some little thing, sharpness to finish. I have only one explanation for the defeat. We were depressingly affected by the pause in the calendar. We rested for a very long time and did not catch the focus in the early start of the game.
Probably, this was our most restrained in terms of negative emotions locker room after the defeat. The team understands everything and is preparing for a rematch tomorrow, so there was no point in criticizing the players for long.
Let's hope that Anokhin's goal at the very end of the game is our window into the next game. The guys understood that we needed a positive emotion at the end.
