LADA 2023 CUP: Neftekhimik 4–3 Khimik

Neftekhimik got a win over Khimik 4–3.

This is a first W for our team in this tournament.

After the first period, we were trailing 0–1 despite the fact that we outshot our opponent 16-4.

In the second period, Danila Popov and Pavel Anokhin made it 2–1, but the Khimik team tied the game up.

In the third period, Danil Sherstobitov scored a goal; referees decided that it was a disallowed goal. After the coach's request, the referee pointed to the center! 3–2. At the last minute, Khimik scored a shorthanded goal and tied the game up for the second time during this game. It seemed that overtime could not be avoided, but literally, 10 seconds after the opponent's goal, Alexander Dergachyov scored a game-winning goal!
