Oleg Leontyev, the head coach of HC Neftekhimik:

– Despite today’s score, I always support the guys and believe that we will get through this situation. Of course, we can say that we played against strong team. We had good chances to score and win this game. Anyway, there are no excuses. There are no easy games in the season.

– What is the mood of the team?

– It is ok. There is no panic. We had a good pregame practice; we were getting ready for the game. You know, it is hockey; even one mistake could be a game changer.

– What happened at the beginning of the second period, when Dinamo Minsk scored two goals?

– Dinamo Minsk took advantage of its goal-scoring chances. We had good scoring chances too.

Craig Woodcroft, the head coach of HC Dinamo Minsk:

– First of all, I am just proud of our team tonight. It was a great team performance. I thought commitment and disciplined playing the game we wanted to play tonight was very good. Our penalty killing was excellent, our power play delivered.
